We provide heating and air conditioning services for residential and commercial customers throughout the metro area. Our business covers all areas of new construction, remodeling, and service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, self-starter to fill our Operations Administrator position in our office. The Operations Administrator will report to the Vice President.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Managing all replacement (furnaces, air conditioners, air exchangers, bath fans, etc) jobs – responsible for creating jobs in Quick Books, scheduling, permits, equipment, inspections and billing

  • Ordering equipment across all business units

  • Processing equipment rebates and registrations

  • Record all Accounts Payable invoices and maintain correct billing accounts

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and general computer skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Detail orientated and maintain accuracy in work

  • Efficient time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle potentially stressful situations calmly and appropriately

  • Must be responsible and dependable with information and tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Accounting skills

  • Two to three years experience in HVAC or related construction business

  • Ability to solve problems within office environment

  • Ability to work within and create systems


Compensation dependent on education and experience. Ability to advance quickly. Medical insurance, retirement, and paid holidays and vacation.
